100km biked Saturday

40km biked Sunday

planning short fast ride Monday easy on Tuesday and race on Wednesday hoping for decent conditions as this can have a big effect on the times.

Shite I wanna join in the brotherhood of manlove, but sadly I'm going on vacation to.... UKRAINE(?!). I think there is a BJJ club in Kiev and I might step in there and get choked a few times. But other than that keep up the good work guys.

everyday im shuffling.

my day one: rode from 1.30am till 2.30am - attempted to watch and do a basics of yoga video but stopped watching it after the trainer said to "exhale and outhale" while doing the warmup or whatever.

did not consume alcohol.

UPDATE 1:



Things are going well. Since I've started training hard again I can feel my appetite rising more each day to previous levels. The extra 1200 or so calories from my carbs/protein is also making a noticeable difference. I've been training usually once or twice a day every day the past 4 days and have seen results. It's as if I've been hit with 'beginners results' as in, I've already jumped up a couple kg, literally. Obviously not raw muscle but I'm feeling fuller and stronger, I think my bodies just bouncing back which is nice.

I posted earlier that I moved some weights to my bedroom, including my bench bar and some heavy weights. This has seriously helped a lot as I'm now doing mini 20-30minute sessions while on the computer etc

Mainly been doing
Deadlift but then pull the weight to the shoulders and overhead press in one motion (forgot the name, my number one exercise though)
bar bell pulls ups? (forgot the name but kinda like rows but straight up for your shoulders, I usually do these as a superset with the above exercise to really burn the shoulder muscle group)
bar bell rows
Squats
Bicep curls
Chair triceps push up thing
Push ups with handles and legs on a tall chair (Just finished doing 90 then too)

Since starting work full time again over the holidays I'm always finding it a bitch to A: Find time B: Get motivated after work

Overall going good but work is interfering with motivation

only a half hour ride today though, but i did more of the inclines than usual today (and faster)
