just caught up to this thread, i wanna look like the first guy not the second guy m8
did a 30min run today, i was doing the HIIT thing for a few weeks but the track I was using for it got closed to the public and i don't wanna look like a mong sprinting up and down a street so i just started running again
i try and run at least three times a week, on monday, wednesday and friday and i generally eat ~1800 kcals per day, which i should try and cut down to ~1500 if i wanna lose weight
when i get back home and start going to the gym, should i change my diet to involve more protein or w/e for the weight lifting?
i figure what i'll do is like 15mins on the running thing and then lift weights according to that guide kim posted, like 3 times a week (should i do more? maybe throw in a run on sundays as well??)
