Mini update:
For breakfast I had 8 fried eggs (because of the australian supermarket price wars free range eggs are real cheap, n1) and two english muffins with cottage cheese stacked on top. (Only recently found cottage cheese which I also found out as really good protein for before bed as it digests very slowly)
Had a full carbs/protein shake later - 700 calories
Dinner I ate 3 lamb loin chops (300grams) lots of mashed potato with sweet potato and some new Low GI white potato. Also had a stir fry with fresh asparagus, mushrooms, broccoli, full onion, green capsicum and carrot.
Having another shake now after a light workout of jumping pushups with feet on a chair and using those heightened push up hand things and some power cleans with bar and very low weight. (Still recovering from training)
Ill also snack on some english muffins and cottage cheese before bed
Feeling strong and athletic with a positive attitude.
