Yeah it can be a massive pain coming out of winter when they shed fucking kilograms of hair. I more or less got into the habit of brushing her after her walks, and then it became less of an issue

also its been raining last few days, i did a jog in it yesterday but was =S meh and came back after like 10mins.

Takes time, the first few weeks always have quick improvements then comes the slow improvements, hence being "stuck". Keep at it, you can also change it up a little by doing less reps but putting your feet up on a chair to make that shot harder. Still do your normal ones but throw these in, it also helps work different muscles in the same area

I've come to the conclusion that I'm really only going to be able to put on weight after the season is over. I'm still eating a lot more and training whenever I'm not injured, so my weight is at least stable at ~79kg.
