Another good thing worth pointing out is that it takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that its full/satisfied. So eat slowly, especially if you usually find yourself eating a lot. Eat a small portion, wait 20 minutes, eat another small portion if your still hungry usually works for me.

buy a bike or fix the piece of shit bike in my room asap.
ride to work everyday that isn't shit.
cut down to drinking 2 nights a week (from 4ish).
yoga twice a week (don't laugh it's awesome and physcial therapist says i'll need knee surgery if i don't work on leg flexibility)
do the push up/pull up thing minus the squats (fucked up knees again)

i used to do all these things but have been a lazy fuck lately.

no knee injury, just bad bones. and i don't really understand it tbh. apparently most people have some flexibility in their ankles in a way i don't (i can only bend my ankles 1 degree toward the front of my legs. 10-15 degrees or so is normal.) physical therapist was all doom and gloom, but x-rays are fine. vOv

i would like to join the wholesome activity, however i'm not sure what i could challenge myself with. maybe sleeping better hours.

i currently do 10 ish hours of exercise a day, monday to friday, on about 6.5 hours sleep everynight. usually i get by because my body is used to doing it, i'm extremely fit and have the leg strength to keep cycling through being tired, or just eat more than the 8 meals a day I already eat to make up for the missing energy. but come the end of the week i'm usually a complete wreck.

actually, what might be a better challenge is cutting back on the handful of cigarettes i smoke every week. maybe i should do both. sounds like a plan.
