do sets of push-ups, sit-ups, bodyweight squats, pull/chin-ups if you have somewhere to do them. do it every other day or something. dunno how many you can do at the mo but lets say you can currently do 30 press-ups before failure (i.e. you cant do any more without cheating on form). for a work out i would do

1 set of 20 push ups
1 set of 20 sit ups
1 set of 5 pull ups
1 set of 20 squats

then repeat 4 times. should take like half an hour i guess. do it every other day.

then the next week do

25
25
7
25

then
30
30
9
30

etc.

make sure you go as deep as you can with squats, keeping your heels on the ground, as this will be very important for learning to squat properly with weights.

also be sure to spend a few minutes do some stretches after.

except that burpee on video is gay tier because its not even a real pushup.

Neways, I need to buy a scale or something 2 check my daily progress. Beast mode is for faggots that cant afford other means of protection :smug: so am just going for minimum fat-weight ratio without being a skinny pussy.

I think the way to go is Cardio + becoming a vegefaggot during the week and cutting down on my excesses ie EL ALCOHOLO.

Quitting smoking would probably be good as well, but idk on that one.

yeah if u are looking to get leaner its basically just burning more calories than you eat. weight training is just as good as cardio though, you should be doing both. and high intensity cardio is better than low unless you want to be and look like a marathon runner.

smoking is good for losing weight nrom u should keep doing it, reduces hunger or something. instead of that extra cookie have a cigarette.

how do u calculate calories tho. Its not like all restaurants put them next to what you're ordering or take outs. Burpee 25*3 series + like 5-10mins or so of rope jumpin is what am gonna start with, then some weight training, tho I favor deadweight over it so prolly gonna figure out a Hardcore burpee set

counting calories is gay. just use common sense:

- eat smaller meals more regularly
- try to eat healthy for the majority of your meals, but give yourself a couple of cheat meals a week and just eat whatever u want.
- homecook as much as you can, takeaway/restaurant for cheat meals only.
- if you feel really full you probabaly ate too much. eat until you are satisfied.

combine with a good training regimen and you will be sorted.
