ANNUAL GENOS WARRIOR CHALLENGE

Who is the most warrior? now we will find out.

rule of the challenge:

winner will be determined by the most progress in an exercise related goal of their choice. this will be judged by their peers. prize is a game off steam, courtesy of me. the competition will run for 3 months.

the competition will be judged by a vote, based on the following factors.

- Commitment :maverick:
- Progress :maverick:
- Documentation :maverick:

all are equally important.

you are free to choose your targets, your methods, your schedule but you will be judged against the above criteria.

of course asking for advice is totally welcome, this is really for people who want to change things up rather than someone just blogging what they normally do.

kim - to increase power clean max

Yeah 3 months is good.

btw I only found out recently about the semi-banned nature of one of the ingredients in that pre-work out powder I use.

Negatory m8, a friend from uni put me on to it, an official school of one of the only three remaining shinobi schools that are recognised but the japanese government. A Shihan (Master) from the school is on the gold coast atm so he's been taking a small class. It's pretty fuckin awesome tbh.

You start at 10th Ki (What I am now), work your way to 1st Ki, then have to go to Japan and perform an examination in front of the grandmaster to get your first Dan, then that goes from 1st -> 10th Dan (Shihan)

ninjutsu is cool sport. dont diss

my only goal is to actually keep up regular exercise for a month. if I do less than 5 times a week I fail. aiming higher isnt on the agenda yet

Shiroi a buddy of mine is pretty good at ninjutus and has been training it for like 7 years+ now I think. He went to japan to train under some master for a month and the 80 year old guy beat the shit out of him and other guys twice his weight and 1/3 his age :D
