I asked this forcefully helpful jacked dude to work in on deads
forced me to use mixed grip on my second warmup set because of some tendon bullshit :rolleyes:
Still did it standart for work set fucking pawned when he had to go sumo stance for my work set
also questioned by need for deadlifts ghhnhnghhhg
Also my OHP is literally 5kg from my bench what the flying fuck

i've been having a few days doing literally nothing to see what's the problem. i didn't figure out anything specific so i'm just going to re-evaluate a lot of stuff related to personal health and a lot of it has to do with muscles and male friendship.

Last game of the season was today and I've done something to my knee. It was early in first quarter and our medical guy thinks it's a ruptured tendon above the knee. It actually hurt a fair bit & I came off right away but after I took some pain killers and put a knee strap on I was able to run as long as I didn't bend my knee too much ,so I played out the rest of the game. Probably a stupid decision, dunno yet.

Anyway, got it Iced atm and ill go to the Doctors tomorrow. It's real swollen above the right side of the knee and still hurts a lot if I bend or put any pressure on it at all. Hopefully it turns out ok, ill also be missing our first indoor soccer game of the season tomorrow :(

semi good news I guess is that now the season is over I can hit the gym again

good luck, go get it sorted asap and don't do shit with it until you know exactly what it is, you don't want to mess around with knee injuries.

hope you're ok m8er but I'm confused, what has to do with muscles and male friendship?


edit: yeah, I'm icing it properly atm, 20min on/of etc but yeah ill be sure not to mess around with it. I've seen what's happened to some team mates when they came back early, not worth it. What's worse is that our main line backer seems to have done his knee again today too. He did it badly first game last year and was out for the season :|

oh shit the knee m8, season without injury and then suddenly kneefucktion is derp -.-

as far as me feeling not well, i assessed nutrition, exercise, how i use my time, sleep, 'stress' etc and the only possible thing i came up with was sleep being too irregular really. i also came to the conclusion that even though the other things are not being done wrong, they can be done better.

so at no point in time should i say 'finally i have enough male friendship' because there is never enough and thinking there ever is will lead to stagnation.. but there must always be progress. this also applies to everything else i named. not chasing perfection (which does not exist), but chasing progress and fun <3 if i'm doing it, how can i possibly feel bad.
