Update... Now weigh 12stone 1 so that's pretty good and about where I want to be (maybe just under.)

Raced on 10..9.11 25mile (40km) TT on the A1. It was blowing a gale so no quick times by anyone. I managed to do it in 57.29. Winning time and second place were 53mins something and there were a few 55mins. I think i managed to get into the top 10 out of 100 riders and also won £10 for best improvement on the day.

I managed to be only 9 seconds behind a team mate who has taken 2mins out of me over just 10miles so I must be on the right track! Pity the season is about finished but I just need to keep it training going over winter as thia is my big downfall as I don't like the cold and rain hence I always start training late...

As we Brits invented everything, you should learn it. Don't make us go all Empire on your ass.

Am playing outdoor soccer (football) for my old college tomorrow. I went to their training last night where two goalies had already tried out, in the first 10mins of practice my mates who are running the team were like "yeh ok you're playing" despite not actually living on college anymore. (the other two are shit) Should be good, we actually have a good team this year with a lot of experienced players. (It's only two games we play though, one each against each other college)
