'losing weight' is so silly if you think of it (but it is a huge industry these days), because weight is a number that does not matter (unless you compete in ~boxing where weight classes matter).

thankfully the MUSCLE FORUM at least in theory sounds more like proper fucking training hard instead of a yay-fitness-i've-dropped-3-pounds circlejerk
