Thanks to clever creators using Creative 2.0, Beer Pong is now playable in Fortnite. Beer Pong is a popular party game that originated on American college campuses in the 1950s, in which players try to throw small ping pong balls into opponents' cups at the other end of the table, which are filled with beer, spirits, or water. Players can prepare enough Fortnite V-BUCKS in the game.

Epic's popular crossover battle royale game Fortnite rose to fame in 2017 as more than just a battle royale game battleground. Fortnite's real-time service world also serves as a platform for players to get creative with the game's powerful and detailed map editor. In Fortnite's recently launched Creative 2.0, which gives users access to Epic's Unreal Engine 5 tools, creators can earn revenue based on how many players participate in the maps, modes, and worlds they create.

Dexerto posted a short 30-second video on Twitter of a Fortnite map made by a creator named CodeD3V. The map is a simple backyard-style summer setup complete with lawn chairs, umbrellas, and Fortnite blue juice buckets. In the clip, the player's character sits in the Baller vehicle, which is suspended by a cable attached to a pole above a folding table. The Baller places the player inside, swings forward and separates, allowing the player to aim for mid-air and land in one of the opponent's water-filled cups. Upon landing in the cup, the player scores, as the character itself dies and respawns in a new baller for another round.

It looks like Fortnite's mode allows players to shoot simultaneously, with another Baller-clad player whizzing past the player as they swing through the air. Judging by the UI, this game mode appears to have five rounds, each lasting about five minutes, with each player having a 10-point score counter for each round. With two competitors playing simultaneously, common beer pong practices (such as rearranging the remaining cups or redeeming rounds) are unlikely to work. Additionally, it appears that players can redeploy the ropes if they roll around the edges of the cups to help secure a score.

CodeD3V's Fortnite map appears to be a fun arcade-style competition for players who are tired of looking for victory in Battle Royale. With Fortnite's Creative 2.0 raising the stakes for many players on the platform, we wonder what kind of interesting maps and modes the creators can create in the future. See https://www.u4game.top/ for more details on the game's guide.
