it cant happen by accident if you pay attention. dont take risky shots if it can hit an ally etc. also they only ban you for doing excessive shit. I'v done a lot of teamkilling and never been banned. my buddy killed his entire team on his second match and was banned for a day. sometimes its worth doing if someone is retarded enough so you can use his corpse as cover
