I have to contest this change purely on the fact that this is just turning this election into the same kind of farce the CSM was. The solo roamers (Anime) are only represented by one individual who cannot form a coalition with any of the others because they are all NC blobtards. This flawed system clearly favours one side and as such cannot be used in a fair and democratic election

People who form a coalition may only have one representative, so for example if Gobbins was to ally himself with Rhak, the two of them would have to choose which of them got mod, as forming a coalition should not entitle you to both seats in the mod parliament. Also, no more than one coalition per faction. So one coalition for the Anime Faction, Hater Faction, and Neutral Faction, meaning that the hater faction, as the largest candidate group, cannot used a flawed electoral system to frogjump two of their members into power against the wishes of the greater good
