In your first couple of paragraphs you are confusing habit formation and learned motor control of the cerebellum. A better example than your carpark one would be a professional basketballer shooting for the hoop, by the time he is a professional shots from almost any angle are learned and stored motor functions, so he does not have to think about where to throw the ball, his brain draws on past experience and learned movements and throws the ball automatically. (This is really simplified but you get the gist of it). This phenomenon is also what causes people to choke under pressure, as even though they have done something perfectly thousands of times, when they are stressed or under pressure to do it the brain may override itself and instead of using the learned function think for itself about how to do it, and because it hasn't done that in a while, stuff it up.

As for the rest of it, m8 this is common knowledge to the rest of the world. Though you explain it really badly. It's not habit so much as your way of thinking changes as you learn and discover new things. (In the same way your brain makes new neuronal connections as it learns and discovers)
