Ok, well right now i am in a corp with just myself and my friends characters who are all inactive, I don't really like hanging out on voice comms to chat much either so that's a bonus. Most of the time i spent in BYDI and DOOM way back in Tri i soloed in anyway, granted i was only in those corps for like a month but I did quit because they called me on too many ops when i wanted to do my own thing which they didn't like.

I do sometimes play in EU Timezones in between or before classes when i can. Plus if you really are hurting for people during US TZ you gotta start somewhere, right? I am not 100% sure i wont go inactive down the road but i am fairly sure i wont. If you guys really are 90% inactive with no signs of improving i can understand why you wouldn't really want to accept a new person if they are under the assumption there will be big ops and fights to be had, however I still would like to join tbh.

I guess it kinda sounds dumb to ask to join an inactive corp but i have joined very active ones and hated it. So maybe i can find one or two other people to fly with in this one.

Also hasn't activity gone heavily in phases in the past anyway? IIRC about a year ago when I 1st started joining gangs Genos had been really inactive for a good bit, before the Ranis ops started gathering more folks... And me and Nrom joined ofc.

FWIW I have still not given up on EVE despite my long inactivity, my playtime has definitely taken a downturn in that regard though and will be like this for some time I guess. Kids are great but really bad for internet spaceships at times

also yeah we tend to go in activity cycles. when I joined it was like me, garm, suitonia (and CHED getting on once a week to smacktalk how bad I was), but it picked up after a month or so.
