Garmon is the big vouch, William is the big anti-vouch, so your chance of getting in is still 50/50

Your char is 3 and a half years old but you only have 524 kills and 48 losses on the killboard you linked. These are comparatively quite low numbers for an applicant to Genos Occidere. Furthermore, many of the kills appear to be poorly fit retards in lowsec, often with you in a t2 cruiser or battlecruiser. Do you, in fact, have more experience than this killboard would suggest?
