Where are you from in real life?
Near Gatwick, UK
What timezone do you live in?

2. About you in eve:
How many skillpoints do you have? (linking an eveboard.com character sheet helps a lot)
88m SP http://eveboard.com/pilot/PMolkenthin
what ships can you fly, what do you have experience flying?
http://eveboard.com/pilot/PMolkenthin/ships I have most experience flying Gal & Minmatar ships.
What kind of PvP format do you enjoy (i.e. LR hac gangs, Armor BS, soloing etc.)
Small gangs and small gangs. I like any gang as long as its not a blob.
Please link a public killboard with your stats.

http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/c ... Molkenthin
How do you finance your pvp within eve? (i.e. mission running alt, scamming, savings)
I used to flip characters, so I have a bit of wealth stashed away. I also have a mission running alt, and an indy alt which does PI and a few other carebear stuffs.

3. About you in Genos
Why do you want to join Genos?
I want to participate in large scale, Rorqual mining ops, and increase my sec status. Also, I want to get back to roaming, guerrilla, small gang pvp shit.
List any references you have in corp.
Tomlinsonland, Gods Coldblood.
Talk about, in brief, your past year in eve, your recruitment history and what you've been doing.
In Nibbletek we did mostly small gang pvp, which was great, and the occasional hot-drop. We made good use of Black Ops, and logistics and had some real fun and challenging fights. Since they joined PL I’ve been taking a time out to avoid the blobbingtons, and recently done some carebearing in STRH.

stats look ok, although your loss numbers seem to suggest you are either a risk-averse faggot, completely über hardcore or prefer gang stuff over soloing/2-man. What are your thoughts on soloing? why dont you solo instead of joining the blobs? the reason I ask is that we are semi-inactive atm and there might be an op a week and rest of the time you will most likely be shitposting on forum or soloing.

I'm definitely not afraid to lose shit. Maybe im lucky, or maybe im uberh-hardcore. My solution to that would be some 2 man action with tomlinsonland. We seem to be online at the same times, and I taught him everything he knows ;). I would prefer to fly with 1 or 2 mates than just solo. Like most things, its more fun if you do it with another man. 8-)

You're training Cruise Missiles V before Torps V, vouch.

Link a solo or small (<4) gang engagement you are particularly proud of, and briefly describe it. Link a fit you personally developed and describe it, being sure to explain the purpose of the fit and how you accomplished that purpose.

You do realize that, to participate in any activity you described, the corp actually needs to be active?

I can't answer that question, since I have not been in any challenging, less than 4 pilot engagements in the last year. As for fits, I don't use anything particularly innovative. I study other peoples, consider what im using it for, and try to make my own improvements on it.

I'm quite fond of my Proteus, and although it's probably quite similar to every other buffer tanked Proteus, I did build that setup from scratch.

[Proteus, HP Gank]
Dark Blood Armor EM Hardener
Dark Blood Armor Explosive Hardener
Corpum C-Type Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane
Corpum C-Type Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane
Federation Navy Magnetic Field Stabilizer

Corelum C-Type 10MN MicroWarpdrive
True Sansha Stasis Webifier
True Sansha Warp Scrambler

Heavy Neutron Blaster II, Void M
Heavy Neutron Blaster II, Void M

Medium Trimark Armor Pump II

Proteus Offensive - Hybrid Propulsion Armature
Proteus Propulsion - Localized Injectors
Proteus Engineering - Power Core Multiplier
Proteus Electronics - Friction Extension Processor
Proteus Defensive - Augmented Plating

Hornet EC-300 x5
Hammerhead II x5

It does just shy of 900dps (according to EFT), and has 200k EHP with the 2x active hardeners overheated. Also, tackle is sweet with -3 point scram and web @ approx. 20km. It can also be easily refitted with an Interdiction nullifier, and Covert recon. subsystems for some low risk 0.0 roaming.
