What ships can you fly, what do you have experience flying?
Almost all Amarr and Minmatar subcaps with T2 guns, Gallente also all subcaps but only have small T2 blasters atm.
Will skill for Sabre as soon as I finish Missile Launcher Operation 5 and HML Spec 4.
Mostly fly BCs - love the Hurricane and am also enjoying the HML Nano-Drake (though I'm still missing HML Spec 4). I also enjoy flying the Rupture and Tempest.
Can barely fly a Scimitar (Logi 4), have only flown it 2-3 times so haven't had a reason really to skill it to 5.
What kind of PvP format do you enjoy (i.e. LR hac gangs, Armor BS, soloing etc.)
Solo and v v small gangs (4 people max including me) - I don't use scouts nor implants, and I'm not risk averse, so I tend to lose a lot of ships. I also normally have kills to show for it, but the last 2 days have been absolutely retarded.

How do you finance your pvp within eve? (i.e. mission running alt, scamming, savings)
Some station trading sometimes on my trade alt on the same account, otherwise I sometimes get lucky drops from PvP. Basically never gonna be rich, but it keeps me in a ship. Also, I have friends which sometimes give me ships because they know I'll use them solo and be able to show them a retarded lossmail (Machariel was a gift + loss was absolutely retarded)

Why do you want to join Genos?
Currently in a corp together with a buddy, it has been a fun ride, but the last 2 days have been horrible - lost about 8 ships in a row in bubble land with no good kills to show for it. I'm actually thinking about getting a scout alt now because I was on the verge of ragequitting after fitting a new ship, then jumping into a 20 man gang 10 minutes later 8 times in a row.
We both enjoy solo roaming, but would sometimes like to actually fly with 1-2 more people through 0.0. Even if I (and him actually) don't get accepted into Genos, I hope that it does provide an opportunity for us to be able to roam through 0.0 with 1-2 of you guys.

None really, tho I flew with Laedy a few times and I hope Intigo likes me well enough to not troll me too bad. :3
Talk about, in brief, your past year in eve, your recruitment history and what you've been doing.
Started playing Eve in 2006, joined a carebear corp right away, got bored, left corp and started pirating together with Chiefyuk and 2 friends. Went to 0.0, experienced that big war then as a nub tackler for large fleets in a Punisher, got bored and quit. Came back after a buddy talked me into joining The Greater Goon, stayed there for a few months, though I was mostly in Lowsec solo roaming in horrible fits. Been in a few corps since then, though I haven't found the right one yet. It mostly ends in me doing something else entirely from the rest of corp (i.e. solo roaming). This year I joined a NC pet alliance corp because of a few buddies there, was solo roaming their space while they carebeared. Then joined No Mercy, left after a month because all they did was roam in 10-20 man gangs and gank. Been in Vae Victis ever since.
