It's friday here so I'm starting.
My challenge is to hit 80kg again by the 1st of August through weight training and eating like a horse. I'd like to also count my calorie intake and make frequent updates. It'd be very chill if you, the litheye community, could support myself and others by posting if people slack off with their updates.
My tools for the road to success are as follows, whey protein/carbs tub, fish oil, vitamin tablets, 1mr (pre-workout caffeine and other banned substances powder) and creatine. I also got some glutamine tablets somewhere too.
