ya i know the feeling. when i first got up to ~90kg i had a complete form breakdown, was barely getting past parallel. reset to like 60kg on the bar, went back to ass to grass, and blasted through my previous wall :maverick:

some people do it at home. i don't. i get distracted too easily because my mind wanders while holding a pose. so i recommend going to a class. most places focus on just a dozen or so poses, so learning them isn't difficult (like i could tell you what they are or you could look them up) but it just feels like stretching until you get the breathing and transitions down. so take a class.

otherwise, youtube.

after reading rest of thread edit: the breathing is really important. some of the ways it gets explained are very :stare: , but when shit gets intense it's actually a challenge to keep your breath steady it doesn't matter how it's explained. you either do it, or you fail. simple.

also, i haven't done anything yet except pick up a bike seat and some tires from a friend which i'll use to fix up an old bike. also, not drinking all weekend was not a realistic thing because of holiday. -ok- starting now.

I have this issue doing deadlifts, my form looks good, i get people to look at what im doing to see if my back is straight. Yet afterwards it usually hurts if I did a heavy weight.

I actually get a similar thing in my lower back. Today, next day after my posted vid, my lower back is fairly stiff. I almost never really stretch or warm up enough so ill give that a proper go next time and see how I go. I've got gridirion training tonight which will no doubt further strain my back

Yuki do you warm up much?

didn't end up doing any exercise yesterday, and actually ended up eating and drinking a shitload due to a friend's 21st :negative:
