some people do it at home. i don't. i get distracted too easily because my mind wanders while holding a pose. so i recommend going to a class. most places focus on just a dozen or so poses, so learning them isn't difficult (like i could tell you what they are or you could look them up) but it just feels like stretching until you get the breathing and transitions down. so take a class.

, but when shit gets intense it's actually a challenge to keep your breath steady it doesn't matter how it's explained. you either do it, or you fail. simple.
