FUCK DEADLIFT GRIP
I hav grip problems with my DL as u might have noticed
And by grip problems i mean I am a huge gigantic pussy who's hands hurt.
I tried all 3 bar positions in the palm :intigo:

if they just hurt but you're doing fine otherwise then you can just push through tbh.
if you have trouble maintaining grip but can handle the weight muscle-wise, try wrist straps (ask sports store or just improvise something from cloth, if you improvise then be careful not to constrict forearm blood flow too much)

day 4 had a short 20 min jog

edit: day 4.5 laser skirmish 45 mins of running around owning noobs. (am literally amazing at laser tag ive lost -as in came second - twice in my entire life - that does not include the time that i had a fever and threw up inside the arena missing half of the thing - i still came first that time)
