I've lost another 2lbs of weight and am about 4 from my goal. In my last 10mile TT i did a 10 year PB of 21.05 on a day when a lot of people found it hard. I beat 5-6 riders by about 20seconds who have done mid 20min rides this year so things are looking good.

I'm hoping the weight will fall of as I am now on my holidays and can get in more 100km rides like 2 a week.

Next race 7th July 25miler.
