bodyweight exercises are not a bad way to train in general.

you'll notice that some of those exercises (like the dips) still require some kind of equipment (some kind of parallel bars, i don't know if there's a specific english word -.-) kids' playgrounds may have those i think.

also having noticed your really low push-up score (which I admit is a shortsighted way to assess overall fitness), maybe a friendly reminder is in order to be aware of the force generated in the plyo exercises (jump squats especially, lunges to some extent).. basically with anything fast-twitchy, go rather slow on the first few workouts so you understand how well you handle them.
