Could be a muscle pull tear, some can be hard to detect if it is on the underside of the muscle next to the bone Dr's and stuff can miss it even if its a bad one. Good luck with the recovery m8, glad it was a joint issue.

Cheers although I'm confused why you're glad it was a joint issue?! btw, took the ice pack off and it was actually more swollen than before and I can barely walk on it. Tomorrow's Dr's visit should be interesting to say the least

Tried that overhead squat thing with bar only
DAYUMM
i get about 80% down and bar falls forward fuck

yeah im always a bit scared i'm gonna fail and raep my shoulder, have dodgy rotator cuff from a judo injury a couple of years ago. but they are just so boss i can't help but do some every now and then.

Btw, Doctor thinks it's a corked muscle. Although it's in a really shitty position because it's literally the muscle that connects to the knee or something, hence why I couldn't move my knee. It seems to slowly be getting better though, still swelled up but keeping it compressed makes it a lot more useable.

to quote kim though, knee injuries really are scary
