not saying it's a good idea, but it's not really "perverted." it's actually totally natural.
It's also natural to want to kill someone who steals a lot of money for you, however it's still against the law. The idea behind statutory rape is that someone under a certain age is simply not capable of giving informed consent. (The same reason a contract with a minor is voidable).
