Introduce PvE elements that have unlimited ISK granted at a rate 4 or 5 times faster than the next leading hisec farming activity, then if people grief people that do it, introduce new game mechanics to protect them specifically from the griefers.

i approve of this, would be like a navitas but with ecm, dual web, scram point etc

give shuttles one high slot with enough grid to fit on a small gun so that you can whore onto kills in highsec with them

remove the penalties to all boosters, add a skill that makes them stronger per level....oh wait
