every time your application thread hits a new page your application is renewed. at this point your application is open and has neither been accepted nor rejected.

there is, additionally, the 10/20/20/10/10/20 rule. if your application reaches 10 pages and you have accumulated 20 reputation points then your application is immediately accepted regardless of other considerations. similarly, if your application reaches 20 pages and you accumulate 10 reputuation points you are immediately transferred to the POSTERDOME for further consideration. alternatively, you can also be advanced to the POSTERDOME by accumulating 10 negative reputation points at any time within the first 20 pages of your application.

this limit on abortions should also apply to rape, so people cant just say they were raped. Also if a women was raped that many times then she should stop leading people on.

A bigger problem in society is how some of these outrages cosmetic surgeries are legal (see Michael Jackson: black turns into white or people with almost entirely plastic faces despite never having any real medical issues) yet marijuana isn't legal, discuss
