DPS: By default try to stay 80-85km from the enemy blob unless asked to burn away or towards enemy. Focus on killing primaries. Don't try to shoot enemy interceptors/dictors that burn for us unless told to do so or nothing else is within range. Don't cap yourself out=don't run your mwd unless you need to burn. Make sure you align where the FC tells you to align. If you don't know where to align just align somewhere away from the enemy gang so you can warp if you get primaried and logistic can't keep you up(it rarely can). When we engage large arty gangs make sure you are not aligning directly away from them, keep your transversal up so you won't get one vollied.
AntiTackle: Focus on killing everything that burns towards our gang. Usually this means killing enemy interceptors and dictors. Shoot the primary when nothing is burning for us but you need to switch target automatically(without being told to do so) if something does burn towards us.
Tackle: Lachesis has 2 LR points. Use one point for the primary and the second point to the most expensive enemy ship in your range(T3, Faction, CS). At least make sure you have 2 ships pointed at all times.
Huginn has 2 webs. Use one against primary and one against enemy tacklers that are close to our gang. If you see large(HACs and bigger) enemy ships separating from enemy gang and burning for us, don't web them until they notice they have separated and try to turn back. Let them burn for us. You need to be zoomed out and use tactical overlay to notice this.
Dictors, don't make suicide bubble runs unless asked to. Make sure you don't bubble friendly gang. If enemy blob burns towards us while we are burning away, focus on dropping a bubbles between us and the enemy gang while staying alive.
Inties, when our gang is engaged in a major fight against a blob your job is to provide warp ins for friendly gang members that have to leave the field and then warp back. You need to make sure that when friendly warps to you he doesn't get dragged in to any bubbles in the field. Usually it is enough if you burn 250km above to battlefield and stay there. X up in fleet chat when you are in position so people know who to warp to.
TO EVERYONE: Help FC to broadcast targets. When FC calls a target broadcast it if it's not broadcasted. Make sure your overview settings put the broadcasted target on top of your overview. Make sure you have at least distance, name and type set on the overview. By default sort overview out by distance.
Fits:
Oracle(T1 fit performs similar to T2 so no point wasting money on T2 guns). I changed the fit, you can still use the previous one if you have it fitted.

If you fit T2 guns you need to use fitting modules, with T1 guns you don't have to. This brings the dps to same level.
you are right about the fitting. I have the Genolution implant set plugged in and forget at times. Makes things much easier to fit
