I logged onto TS half way through the discussion with this UK director and got dragged into the channel and heard more or less the plan. If you do this just make sure to make the conditions binding your collateral are clear and realistic so that you don't get burned and lose two Utus.

Otherwise I think this is a good idea for nothing other than it will shake things up in providence and will be really funny. Just as long as you don't fall into sov traps and keep the mindset that this is just for fun and is a way to get fights. (i.e. it's ok if we lose all stations and systems and go back to square one a month after this goes down).

Also, I don't really understand the terms of agreement. Let's say he wants 30bil for it. Secured by Chribba. So we give 2 Utus to Chribba to make sure 30bil is covered, he gives us all systems (by whatever means, we need to make sure we understand it as well before doing it, so he will have to explain). Then 2 things can happen, 1 is likely and the other 1 is unlikely.

1) The quite likely thing that will happen is ~~~batphone~~~ going hot and Provi will get rolled again. Why is it likely? U'K lost all good PVPers (we're outside of normal smacktalk, so let's just assume they did have some) and they have been replaced with people that don't mind sovgrind and sovholding so much. Also because all coalitions etc are bored, they have nothing to do (the minor small part of NC vs russians is an exception, but will not be of any interest really). So what will happen in that case is -A- going out on a full assault. We COULD try to get ATLAS or some of the NC to help us defend, but I would not think that it will be very likely due to the fact they have nothing to gain and H-W memories are still alive and kicking. So if that happens, what happens to the ISK? If he doesn't get ISK in that case, what's there for him to gain, since this is the more likely scenario? If he gets the ISK, what is there for us to gain (apart from our wallet being easier to carry around)? It's really unclear. Please do explain.

2) U'K says "FUCK IT" and leaves. We suddenly have a shitload of space that nobody of us really wants to use directly (once we ratted up all our sec of course). We could rent it out to people, but with renting comes the gayness of protection. I don't know if people would actually rent from us if we upgright say "sorry but ur on ur own, we might come by if we're close tho for some ~~~elitepvp~~~". Lying to them would work for a little while, but nothing too constant and they would leave. So what is the plan in case this actually works? Sell the space to -7- or CVA for a quite large one-time-fee (that can then be used to pay that U'K guy and we hopefully have some leftovers) + the opportunity to install moongoo POS on some valuable moons (if there are any)? I think this might be the best thing we can do after we held space for like 2 weeks (MAX) because that's about when we will get bored with it if we don't get a lot of fights out of this.

Not saying this wouldn't be hilarious, it just needs to be planned. If we need 4 hours to fit 30 ships if we don't plan it ahead, then this thing will utterly fail if anything is unclear by the time it happens.

I'll 100% make sure that if this happens I wont lose my utus, but i sort of hope something like this happens and that provi will go back to what it was like when we joined -7- ( by far most fun I had in eve ) but back then I, we didnt have the experience of running larger gangs to be able to compete with a lot of the larger blobs, now we do, we would lose the space tho cos -a- will just use cap blobs, but those wernt the only gangs around ( cant do fuck all vs cap blobs though, but I guess nc etc might hotdrop them if they do that because a lot of nc moved 2 agil, but shouldnt rely on that )

Ok, just so I understand:

- We give Chribba 2 Utus.
- He will do something (which we need to make sure he tells us exactly how he does it, cause I still don't understand) that causes all stations be transferred to Genos (or a holder corp or whatever, Hydra at least)
- Drama will ensue and he will have a good time, corp thief and all.
- We will BRAWL IN AND PWN THE OPPOSITION FOR LULZ
- After some time, he will find new inhabitants who are in it for the space and we will transfer the systems to whoever he decides he wants to transfer them to.
- We pay him a small fee (1bil maybe? Just a random small "icing on the cake" number) for his efforts and providing us with fun and get the Utus back from Chribba.

If anything goes wrong from our side, Chribba will give him the 2 Utus.
If anything goes wrong from his side, Chribba will give us our Utus back and we won't give him 1bil.

Is that how the plan is?
