Join the in-game channel "Genos Promers" we post most of our announced ops here. It's an invite only channel so someone add him to the allowed list, I'm not logging in for a bit. If you don't have access when you next log on just pm anyone from genos and ask for an invite. Bring one of the required ships for the gang format posted and if you do alright then you can apply after a few roams. Bringing a support ship where the FC isn't going to tell you exactly what to do and you are expected to make some decisions on your own would probably be best.
