I don't think it's a concern about your PvP prowess m8.
It literally says at the top of the forum "APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED". I don't know why people bother applying when it says that unless you have been told by a member to submit an app -_-

Probably because there's more people being accepted when Genos isn't recruiting than when it is?
