NEW MODERATOR/ANIME OVERLOAD VOTING THREAD

Sorry I'm high (yes i know XDDDD whatever) anyway - please read the above it's a great idea and must be implemented.

Pretty much allow senators to group their votes together to form psuedo-governments - if they win together then they must reign as madmins together too.

ie: If moral and Nrom choose to go together then there votes come together, unless morel somehow wins outright and doesn't need Nroms votes (despite others being able to form groups) - basically it won't happen where only one person wins because everyone else will be able to pull their votes together to form their own psuedo government against that outright person.

Governments will fight each other - drama will ensue

I elected to play as France and my strategy was to re-arm as quickly as possible, intervene on the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War, sign a defence pact not just with Poland but also the Czechs - and attack Germany through the Netherlands at the slightest provocation, probably sometime around 1938.

But it wouldn't let me.

Nexus please put the government forming new rules into play - It'll be cool to see who joins up with who to form governments and if people will pull and change their votes based upon who their original candidate sides with. (or not be able to change votes w/e)

Still please implement it!
