Join 'genos public' and get talking to people in there, see if you can get someone to roam with you, as nobody here really knows you. The main two ways people get into this corp are if we already know you and you get vouches, or if you fly with us long enough that we get to know you, and can then vouch.

Also how you respond to the general ~litheye~ treatment, if you can't handle to trolls you probably aren't suited to the corp.
