some good faq's (its from an mma forum so some of it is mma specific but they are really good in general). If you don't really know what you want to do, spend 30 minutes reading through all of these and I promise that afterwards you will.

I used some website which gives you some fairly accurate numbers on what foods are what (how many calories in a chicken parma for instance). There is also online calculators for your height/weight exercise level that will tell how many calories you should be taking in per day to get a weight loss over a set amount of time. Common sense is fine but if you have the time and can be bothered putting in the effort calorie counting helps a fuck load in keeping track of things.

If you're actually weight training though and trying to gain weight then eating past the point of when you're full is fine too. Force that shit down

btw: Exercise is like Eve. At first it seems a bit overwhelming with all the different advice floating around but eventually you get to a point where you've learnt enough overall shit that you can use common sense to make up your own workouts that suit you. Physical written down progress sheets are also good. Also remember that every bit counts. So if you really really really cannot be fucked doing your 30min work out then do 10minutes.

Shiroi Ninjutsu is pretty sweet btw, my cousin did that for a bit. You guys using swords yet?

Cigarettes combined with the huge amount of exercise you do is a v bad idea, emphysema waiting to happen m8. If you cut back on the cigs you'll probably feel a hell of a lot better, cause your lung function will increase, which means you wont be as tired from cycling 10 hours a day
