and im stereotyping here, but every single one of my friends who started weight training when they were 15 had massive self worth problems, couldnt talk to a girl (or even our teachers) without having a freak out and weighed 100kg or over. the silver lining here soldat is it will work, those people did really well, they stuck to it and are now buff and pick up easy mode. it also helped them loads with their confidence issues and i rkn even helped them with their school work through shit like dedication etc.

so sure... i might be wrong about you... but something is telling me im not.
