podla has fewer bads than genos and is harder to join in terms of needing to prove you aren't bad but genos is more confusing to join in that nobody is really sure what the actual requirements are because even though we have some no one follows them and instead people seem to get in based on how a director is feeling that day.

this limit on abortions should also apply to rape, so people cant just say they were raped. Also if a women was raped that many times then she should stop leading people on.
