dude one of the two times i lost was cos one of my friends brought his cousin along with him... who was a massive faggot like that. after he watched me own the shit out of everyone in the first two matches he literally followed me around the entire match just shooting at me from 1m away even if he was deactivated...


that kid also screwed me over in a poker match. ive only lost like 2 of the poker matches weve ever played on hols / school camps etc. one was legit the other was to that same fucking kid... he goes all in 7/2 offsuite with flop kj2, i had k something in my hand. the fucking kid gets two 7s... turn and river. THAT FUCKING KID MAN!!!!




and the second time i lost laser tag was also legit. some random chubby kid not in a group who was easily 5-6 years younger than us, just joined our match, at first i felt kinda bad for him and was about to go all mother hen over his shit, but after he owned me into the ground i was like what the fuck is this shit.


anyway back to male friendship.

Usually i do like 5 mins of the skiing machine thing + 5 mins row + a few raises and the some light sets. Intresting fact tho, i did boxing practice with a few dudes, and the they were like "how much can you deadlift?" , so i tried started 100 kg and got up to 130 kg which worked, next day not sore at all.

yuki your problem sounds like maybe a form thing, at a guess maybe not quite squatting enough to initiate the lift with hip drive? i dunno mang.

my lower back was literally fucked at football training. it hurt doing everything.

I think it's mainly lack of warming up .

Game sunday so having a lazy saturday, might go for a 10-15minute jog though.


edit: btw also bought some scales today and am sitting on 79kg, though it's the end of the day so it'll be less in the morning. Main point is that I'm on my way. Honestly 80kg was my one month goal as I knew it wouldn't be too hard to bounce back, 85kg was my original goal from the start of the year so it'll be my new 3 month target.

Day not even counting ever.
Literally fagged around the gym today.
Too tired to squat, did like 3 sets total, tried high bar, realised thats ano go as it hurts the injured knee too much.
Only decent thing i did was press 40kg, Why is that some sort of weird half military press is alot easier than push press ( aka seating the bar back on shoulders after each rep ).
lost like 5kg wat of it

Game day and I'm feeling pumped! (as I sit here on my iPhone raking a dump) but seriously I feel great. I also, after a year of sleeping on a shitty single bed, got my queen bed back. I also bought a new foam underlay which is literally the best things to happen to beds ever. Last night was one of the best sleeps I've ever had. Anyway gonna have like 3 hrs of cardio today so I'm covered. Oh my morning weight is also still 79kg, fuck yeah. I'm feeling like this is my bounce back wright though, so the next 6 kg are gonna take time/ hardcore training and dedication m8s which I think I can do with it support.

Btw someone check the list and see which faggot hasn't given a recent update, morel m8?????
